Whist Drives – Another season
has ended and our thanks goes to all who contributed in many ways. We will begin a new season in
September. It is hoped that more of those who have been learning with Heather
and her helpers, will find the courage to come along and play – we might learn
much from them!.
We
rely on donations of prizes from parishioners and friends, so that the prceeds
can go, completely to the Assessment – about €2,500 is raised each year for
this purpose. Donations can be left into the church on weekday mornings before 11.30am
or given to anybody who will pass them on.
